Specialty Barista

He found himself enjoying a cup of specialty, which turned him to love coffee. He can’t even finish a cup of coffee before, but when specialty came into his journey that changed everything. Tin shows a lot of improvement to himself. As a Barista, he showcase his hard work, leadership, and commitment to earn the skill and to learn more what specialty coffee has to offer.

Before I started working as a barista, I work everyday back of the house as a Chef.

Time passed and someone introduced me to the world of coffee and didn’t hesitate to grab the opportunity. I started studying basic coffee training and just realized that there’s so much more to learn about coffee. I just felt excited and got intimidated of what I am able to absorb with this journey.

Being a barista is the best thing that ever happened to me. I feel very thrilled whenever I wake up every morning, knowing that I’m going to learn something new every time I’m at the Café. Learning and creating something new in my job is one of the most important part of being a Barista. Never be afraid of failure and learn from your mistake. Whatever you do, do it with passion and there will always be a room for improvement.
